Do you ship internationally?

Royalmoneyclothing.com does ship internationally.

Can you ship to my work address?

Yes, you can enter an alternative delivery address at the checkout. We do not, however, ship to PO Box addresses under any circumstances.

I picked the wrong size/color/item. Can I change my order before it ships?

To correct any mistakes before your order ship please email us at contact@royalmoneyclothing.com as soon as possible In the subject heading please write your order number and your name. In the email specifically, tell us what item you would like to receive instead. If we are able to successfully make the exchange you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note: this process may delay the shipping of your order by 1-2 business days.

How do I know that the size I order is the right size for me?

Please refer to our size chart. Once an order is being processed there are no exchanges allowed so please make sure that you refer to the size chart for each item prior to selecting it for your purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can all customers receive a shipping confirmation email when their order ships, which includes the tracking number. To track your package, visit the link provided in the shipping confirmation email to get shipment details.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing and verification. 

You can expect 5-10 business days or 3-5 business days for shipping depending on your Location. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays.

Unexpected Delays

On rare occasions, such as the holiday season, delays in processing may occur. Your business is important to us, so if your order is unexpectedly delayed, please email us at contact@royalmoneyclothing.com

What shipping carrier do you use?

Our shipping carriers are USPS & FED-EX.

Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?

We do not accept payments by check. However PayPal is supported on royalmoneyclothing.com. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Why is it important for my billing and shipping address to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.
